Executive Assistant

Everwell Financial is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide top-level assistance to the firm’s financial advisors. The ideal candidate is a proactive go-getter capable of juggling many projects and tasks for different team members at once. You’re able to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with the team.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute on all client service documentation
  • Timely follow-up with meeting requestor(s) for agendas, documents, and expected outcomes/decisions required
  • Manage the e-mail and calendar of the CEO, ensuring proper delegation of anything actionable
  • Create and maintain all client documents
  • Upload paperwork and client records to internal and external portals
  • Participate in and transcribe internal company meetings (onsite or via phone) when needed
  • Ensure preparedness for meetings, syncing with the team in advance
  • Ensure on-time completion in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Maintain accuracy and confidentiality in all areas of the role

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
  • 2-5 years’ of industry experience or similar experience within legal, tax or financial fields
  • Basic understanding of the investment business
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Procedural-driven
  • Expert multi-tasker
  • Team player
  • Problem solver

Skills

  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with CRM databases
  • Social media skills a plus
