Paraplanner
Everwell Financial is seeking an experienced Paraplanner to provide top-level assistance to the firm’s financial advisors. The ideal candidate will help create and maintain all client strategies, accounts and policies.
Responsibilities
- Help the firm’s financial advisors prepare for all client meetings
- Execute on all client activities such as account openings, account closings, trades, and policy changes
- Create and maintain all client software used in client management
- Assist executive assistant in completion of all tasks relating to asset movements
- Manage all aspects of office administration needs
- Assist with special projects as needed
- Maintain accuracy and confidentiality in all areas of the role
Qualifications
- Associate degree or above desired
- LIfe and Health Insurance licenses
- Minimum Series 6 registered; series 7 and 66 preferred
- 2- 5 years of paraplanner experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Procedural-driven
- Expert multi-tasker
- Team player
- Problem solver
Skills
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with CRM databases
